Hi All,

I am facing this error "Master planning job timed out. The engineering team is investigating the problem." while running planning optimization batch jobs when planning optimization is enabled. please do needful help.

We ran into this error at a client when their were duplicate SHA1HASHEX values on InventDim, planning optimization can't handle that. The duplicate records appear to have been created during import of sales order lines during migration. Once we dropped the duplicate records, planning optimization ran as expected.
