HRP_BEN2_System_Preferences

Greetings,

I think I'm losing it... I'm trying to find the SQL table name for HRP_BEN2_System_Preferences.  I can't find any info online, my GP table reference, or clearly in the Support Debugging tool.  I'm looking for the tables that holds the radio button values from the Benefits Preferences below.

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.

The values for these radio buttons are stored in DYNAMICS..SUSPREF.  There is a column called IINDEX_I that stores a value representing the option, and a POINTS_I column that stores the value.  The first option, "Post Estimated Return Date to the To Do list" is stored in IINDEX_I 202.  The second option is IINDEX_I 203.  The option for "Medical Preferences" is 204, and "General Preferences" is 5001.  Some of these values may not exist if the values haven't been changed from the default value of "Never" on the window.

    Nathan,

Thanks so much!  I couldn't even begin to guess WHY you know this! LOL.  This is exactly what I needed.

    Thanks!

    Nathan,

There seems to be only one entry per Index.  How would I go about finding the related company database?

    Jim,

I'm not sure how to answer that.  If I change the values in one company, they are set like that when I log into another company.  It doesn't appear that GP is storing different values for different companies but is using the values globally for all companies.  Sorry I can't provide any additional insight, but Microsoft may be able to tell you more.

    Nathan
