The channel 68719480539 was not found or no valid company was found. Please contact your system administrator to fix the issue, and then run the CDX job 1110.

    Hi Hira,

    Could you please run full sync 1090 and 1110?

    In case you already did that, can you please confirm that your CDX download sessions are as "applied" and not as "available"?

    Something might be wrong with the CDX and the data is not successfully downloaded to the channel database, this could also means that the issue could be related with a missing CDX components like Could Async client. Please create a support ticket for further investigation.

    Reset the POS and once you cleared the log from offline database like downloadsession, downloadfilehistory then the job has to synced it will be working fine

    This is a generic error message and the following could be the possible reasons which might lead to this error.
     
    1. The channel has not been added to the channel database record in HQ.
    2. Live Channel Database is not mapped correctly to the store in HQ.
    3. The CDX jobs are not applied to the Channel DB. [Would suggest you to run 9999 job from channel db group and wait till all the jobs are applied in the download sessions and try again.]
