AddListMember on subgrid replaced New Contact

Hi,

We've been using the Unified Interface for some time now, and previously on a Contacts subgrid the first button to display was 'New Contact'.

Recently however, this has changed to 'AddListMember', and the button to create a new contact is 'hidden' behind the three dots.

Is there any way for us to change the order of these buttons so I can get my 'New Contact' button back to display directly?
See the attached screenshot for further clarification.

Thanks in advance!
Michael

    Hello,

You can open the Contact Entity from the Ribbon workbench. Under Subgrid and Find the button with the id Mscrm.SubGrid.contact.AddListMember. You can Hide this button on your Ribbon Workbench and publish the solution. This will hide the button and your New Contact Button will automatically populate first as usual.

I am also able to reproduce the issue on a vanilla CRM and if you wish to get this addressed as to why the sequence is not changing, you can open a ticket with Microsoft and get this addressed if it is by design.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Raj

    Hi Raj,

    Thank you for your response!

I was afraid there wouldn't be an out-of-the-box solution for this issue, so I'll get the Ribbon Workbench and solve it this way.

    Thanks again!

    Regards,

    Michael
