In Cases, I have a default SLA running. Everything works well including the Timer.
However, under Applicable SLA, First Response By and Resolve By fields are not populated even though the SLA KPIs have data.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I have the same question (0)If you are using the Enhanced SLA, then these fields won't be populated. You have to use Standard SLA instead.
