When I try to create new Power BI dashboard in the Dynamics 365 using Chrome browser normal mode, small window pops out with message
Doing the same using Chrome incognito mode, same window pops out and loading screen keeps spinning infinitely

Hope you are well.
Apparently you are missing the sign-in process to Power BI service. If you are connecting to the Power BI service, you need an account and to have selected your Microsoft Dataverse instance as a data source. For more information about registering and connecting data sources, see Microsoft Power BI.
