Num Lock and Tabbing Problems

We recently went live with GP and have noticed the following:

1) The Num Lock frequently turns off on its own.

2) Tabbing will not work at times, especially on the PO Entry form. Users will select the Vendor, then not be able to tab down to the line items.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Thanks.

    Did you ever get the Num Lock turning off resolved?  What was the problem?  We are having the same issue.

    I have had the tab key issue when using certain Xerox drivers that contain the Xerox print scout. It can be resolved by manually killing the print scout process and installing a driver that doesn't contain the print scout.

    I haven't seen the Num Lock on full clients but I occasionally have problems with this when accessing GP in a RDP session.

    Are these users logging in through RDP or Citrix?  I have seen this behavior with remote connections, but not a really good solution other then logging out and back in

    Hi Devin,

    Did all the company resembling the same issue including the test company?

    same issue occurs when login with sa?

    all the clients facing the same issue?

    can you login to other user and check this?
