Excel Edit to update Package tracking number

I can not use Excel Edit function to update a range of Posted Sales Shipments & Posted Sales Invoices, it says the Package Tracking No. filed is read only.

Is there other way to to bulk update?

Hi LaserCopr ,

You can not edit anything on Posted data since you dont have permission to do that, you have to take help from your Development partner for doing any editing on Posted entries.

In Business Central, on the Posted Sales Shipment use the Process Option and enter the Package Tracking Number there. Unfortunately, there is no Edit in Excel for this feature.

thanks, I know it can be manually update, some fields should be allowed upload
