Dear all,

you can find under sales --> tools --> alerts a standard functionality "Alerts" which is OOB but isnt explained anywhere. Do you have some information about this entity / functionality and a link / video how does it work?

    The new activity/new record/import datais just the default command bar (ribbon) when no specific commands are defined. (Workflow Executor looks like an add-on solution, certainly not OOB).

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    But why can I also choose New Activity / New Record or Workflow Executer in this view (see screenshot below)? I don´t get it what to do with this functionality. Or is it really just to display warnings for SSS and that´s it?

    Documentation is sketchy to say the least. Clicking on the "?" on top of the alert listing sends you to this page in Technet

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dn850386.aspx (Troubleshooting and monitoring server-side synchronization) so I have to assume the alerts are related to Exchange server-side sync.
