We have an RMS client on version 2.0.0127 who is unable to send emails from Outlook using the Export Document button. Once clicking Export Document, the user is prompted to select the export type (Email) and the File Format (HTML) and upon clicking OK, is presented with an "Export Failed" error message.
The machine is running WIndows 7 (32-bit) and Outlook 2003 SP3. Outlook is working as expected and is open while attmempting the export. Other XP machines are working fine, but this Windows 7u machine is the only one unable to send.
Is there any way I can find out what exactly is failing?
