How to insert ODATA and SOAP in the About this page of General Journal in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,
 
I would like to find out to populate these two fields, do I need a developer license?
 
Can i know the steps to populate the /Not Applicable/ fields? 
 
This is from General Journal.
