Hi Community,

I made a mistake of creating a BOT in item UOM hen it should have been KG, and it seems like system is not allowing me to delete it, even though I have already created KG and chosen it as my primary UOM.

Any advise how do I remove the BOT, as I don't want my users to select it accidentally.

Thank you!

    Hello,

Seems, you have updated only Base UOM, Also Update the Sales Unit of Measure from Item Card and try again.

If you remove BOT from the item card's sales unit of measure then you should be able to delete the BOT from item unit of measure table.

Also remember that next time you do a similar error you can just rename the incorrect value to the correct value and you will not have to recreate and delete.

Most tables in Dynamics NAV suppprts renaming for primary keys.

Hi, you can use Configuration Package, disable Validate Field, and try importing this record.
