Cloud Printing and DRA

A customer of us plan to use a cloud printing service called Printix.

How will this work with the document routing agent?

As i am not an expert on cloud printing services solutions, i have no idea about this. 

Can anyone help me? Is this printix working with the DRA agent together?

    Your issue seems to have nothing to do with Dynamics.

    Would you please specify which application in Dynamics you're using?

    The Document Routing Agent is for Dynamics D365.

    I am speaking for D365 and the document routing agent and how this works together when.

    We now have a print server where each printers are installed and the document routing agent is running there as a windows service.

    But the customer wants to changed and to use a cloud server solution for the printers.

    So do we have to ask the company for the cloud solution (Printix)
