I am trying to find some information on how the outlook plugin for crm 4 actually works - there is quite a lot of info around on how to install it but I'm more interested on the functionality itself. Does anyone have/know of any resources?

You're absolutely correct, crm 4 plugin is incompatible with the new version of outlook which is partly why I'm trying to understand how it works so we can figure out how to handle windows 10 integration. I think the final answer will be to upgrade or replace our installation of crm but I want to be thorough. Thanks again!
