Offering update of BC Extension in Appsource not working

Hello Dear community,
 
Yesterday I tried to offer an update to our AppSource app three times, but I get some kind of time-out error instead. I restarted the process this morning and still nothing... Does anyone know if there are known issues?
 
The process stays stuck at "Automated Application Validation "for about 2 hours and then gives a general error "Automated Validation of the submission has failed. Retry the operation and contact Partner Center support if it fails again."
There is no further information. Usually when there's compile errors you get a detailed error about what's wrong, but in this case there's nothing.

    Hi,

    This kind of issue usually indicates a backend problem during Automated Application Validation — especially if it hangs and then fails without a clear error.

    Since it’s not giving detailed feedback, I’d recommend opening a support ticket through Partner Center > Marketplace Offers.

    Look for the "AI Help" button in the lower-right corner of the screen — full name is “AI Help – Marketplace Submission Support”. From there, you can describe the issue and submit a support request.

    They typically respond within 24 hours. Let us know how it goes or if the issue clears up on retry.

    first of, thank you for your reply.
    I was thinking the same as you just subscribed. because the error also stated "Retry the operation and contact Partner Center support if it fails again" I did create a support ticket.
     
    I'm very sad this is happening right now, because we're missing out on an important go-live right now.

    I was just called by Microsoft regarding my support ticket. They stated there's a severe issue in the back-end, since last week, which made MS turn off all automated validations for Appsource. This is affecting all partners. They're expecting this to be fixed at the end of this week.
