Has my account been hacked

Hello

A few days ago I had trouble logging into my account. Every time I tried to log in, the system kept telling me to create a new account. ( it was caught in a loop)

I contacted what I assume was the support centre regarding the issue.

I received an email asking me for my token string which I supplied.

However, when I now try to access my profile I get asked to enter my password, which I cannot remember.

When I try to recover my password the recovery email has changed to an AOL account which is not mine.

Any suggestions as to what might have happened?

Thanks

Are you experiencing this issue with a Microsoft account login being used for Business Central online / SaaS?

If so, I'd like to try and get you in touch with the Business Central support team.

Can you please contact me at steveendow (at) gmail, or through the Contact page on my web site?

Hi, This sounds strange, please try the following site again in Incognito mode/Inprivate mode of your browser.

Business Central Sign In | Microsoft Dynamics 365

    Office 365 Home

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

When someone hacks you, the main problem is what the consequences of this unpleasant situation will be. This is a data and confidential information leak. It’s your contact information, address, various passwords and everything related to your security on the Internet. If you have been hacked, I advise you to use the online service onerep.com to at least check what of your data has become public. Right on the site you can completely remove all this information both from Google and from more than 190 other sites.
