SCRAP - how to book out broken items from stock.

Hello,

We have on stocks items, that cannot be use because of their bad condition ( broken glass e.t.c)

Is their any option in BC to book out items in upper condition?

You would do an item journal with type = negative adjustment and the quantity field in the item journal line should be a positive value. It will post a negative quantity thereby reducing the inventory. Override the description field in the item journal line to note the reason and/or include a reason code.
