When opening a existing appointment from advanced find, create new appointment-form shows up

Hi 

We are running 9.1.6.3

Following issue. 

1. Create a  advanced find like below. 

    1 = appointment 

    2 = User owner 

    3 = Team

2. Click result 

3. Open one of the records in the result 

4. Create new-form for appointment shows up

Expected behaviour: The edit-form for the appointment should open. 

Any ideas why this happens? 

There is no worfklows, plugins, business rules or javascripts.

    Hi,

    it seems to be a bug in your CRM version. Have you tried from other browser?

    Try clearing browser cache and delete browser history.

    If it still does not work then you can reach out to Microsoft by submitting the support ticket.
