Hello All Experts,

What could be the reason that while creating the new account in the crm the system crashed and sent me back to the start page.

can anyone help me in understanding this.

what could be the cause this has happened.

    did you check this behavior in all browser that are available and see if this is browser specific or an application issue.

    Hi,

    What's your D365 Online version? Have you ever cleared the cache or change with another browser to check whether the issue still exists? Appreciate for you update.

    Now that issue is non regeneratable.

    why that has happend no clue yet.
