Quote Product Mapping to Order Product

Hi all,

I am having some trouble getting certain fields from the Quote Product entity to map to the Order Product entity. As our environment is currently set up, when we convert a Quote into an Order, the Quote Products generate Order Products, but only certain fields are mapping to the new Order Products that are created. The main field that isn't mapping include the Customer (Account lookup).

When I go into the Customizations window, I can't seem to locate the relationship between the two entities, and can't find how to add new mappings.

    Hi,

    There is no OOB feature provided to map custom fields from quote product to order product. But this can be achieved by using workaround, please refer below URL for instructions,

    dynamicslollipops.blogspot.in/.../mscrm-2011-mapping-opportunity-prod uct.html

    This helps to view hidden relationship/mapping between quote product and order product and you can map fields here.
