Dear Team,
How can i edit NEW PHONE CALL form and NEW TASK form on lead entity.
I want to add status and due date on New Phone call form.

There is no way to customize this social pane, your picture showing social pane.

You can't modify social pane as said by others as well
Workarounds are remove social pane and add sub grids for phone call and task over lead entity and create record from there or setup command buttons for phone call or task, these option will open entity forms which you can modify accordingly.
