Anyone can explain steps how to send email notification after creating an article ?

here is the steps to send email on creation of article
1.create a workflow
2.Then send create message and send it to whoever you want.

I think you can create a workflow once article was created:
Then create an action, sending email.

Here is the sample of Send Email action
To send email, make sure you have set email outgoing profile setting correctly, you should have access to send email, either through Server Side Sync (Exchange or SMTP) or Email Router
