Generic Error - Renewing Entitlement

Whenever I try to renew an entitlement I get the error below that does not contain a log file. Has anyone encountered this issue? How was it fixed?

Note** This is an On-Premise environment.

    The thread you are  referring to is related to an Online environment. My issue is in on-premise instance
