Hi Seshan,

Instead of sharing records with users, you can create a team with these users and share the records with team. This will improve the performance by reducing the number of columns in Principal Object Access (POA) table. Each time you share a record with a user, a new record is created in POA. If you share the record with 100 users, 100 new records are created in the table. But if you create a team with these 100 users and share the record with the team, only 1 record is created in POA, thus improving performance.

Hi,

I highly recommand the suggestion of Nithya Gopinath else your database will become a mess and the users will start after a few to complain about performance issues.
