Has anyone come across this issue or a similar issue before, we are getting this quite often when trying to Release a Load:

    1. Wave Creation and Clean Up I have looked at, but I don't want to send our workers down these rabbit holes to fix this issue, ideally I want to find the root cause and eliminate it.
    2. I don't have a specific scenario when this is happening, it seems to be happening sporadically, but I will continue to investigate. Sorry, I know it would be easier if I had more detail analysis, but so far all I've been provided with is a screenshot, and I am unable to recreate this issue.
    3. Multiple users are not trying to release the load at the same time from what my users are reporting, but again I will check this.
    4. No work is created in the work creation history log from my current findings.

    Hi,
    Judging from the error message, you need to make sure that only one user is trying to release the load at the same time. Try to check if other processes or jobs are processing the relevant load information. You also need to make sure that the user permissions are set correctly to avoid the same record being manipulated by multiple users at the same time.

    Can you check if any logs are created in the work creation history log.
     
    Also can you describe to us if this issue is happening in any specifc scenario or any difference between the environment with issue and test environment you tested on.

    Can you try to select the wave and click then on the button 'Cleanup wave data'?

    - This is happening on multiple Load ID's which are all different
    - I am struggling to reproduce this issue in a test environment, trying very hard!
    - We do not have any customizations or add-ons installed
     
    We initially thought it might be when a user is logged onto the warehouse application and is performing tasks relating to the load in question, but when tested we did not get any errors.

    Usually, you get this error in case there are multiple edits of the same records at the same time. 
     
    Can you tell us if this is a one-time-only error or if is this a reproducible issue? Do you have the issue only with this load or more loads? Do you have customizations or an add-on installed?
