unable to install extension in D365 business central on prem

facing below error when run this command     Sync-NAVApp -ServerInstance sandbox -Name "abc Project" -Version 15.0.0.101  -Mode ForceSync   on powershell  on BC150
I have the same question (0)

    What are you to trying to do install or uninstall extension?
     
    If you are installing, then - 
    1. Publish-NavApp
    2. Sync-NavApp  (with schema mode - Sync or parameter not needed)
    3. Install-NavApp
    • Uninstall-NavApp -ServerInstance Servicename -Name AppName
    • Publish-NavApp -ServerInstance Servicename -Path NewAppPath
    • Sync-NavApp -ServerInstance Servicename -Version AppNewVersion -Name AppName
    • Start-NavAppDataUpgrade -ServerInstance Servicename -Version AppNewVersion -Name AppName
    • Unpublish-NavApp -ServerInstance Servicename -Version AppOldVersion -Name AppName
