Portal says CRM 2011 Online trial is about to expire... but I see no way to extend or buy

Hello,

  I'm the CRM partner for a CRM Online/Office 365 customer.  When I log into their portal, it says the CRM 2011 Online trial is about to expire, however, I do not see anywhere where the trial can be extended, or where the customer can pay for it.  We've made a bunch of customizations and entered data we do not want to lose.

    You'll need to call them. If you are the partner of record you should be able to extend this for them. If I remember correctly the number is 1-877-CRM-CHOICE

    You can also try going through the Office365 Portal

    portal.microsoftonline.com/.../default.aspx,

    I agree with Josh. You need to connect with Support directly. If you are the partner, you can do it at your end.
