Hai dudes,

I had created some users in crm 2013 Security->Users->New. Eg User A and User B. Then I create some task in user A account. In task I cant select regarding option . While I am selecting Regarding option and try to save it . But it showing error. In invoice also I can't select Customer. The error is what shall I do? In

Because I give CSR role to users.

Hi Sneha,

Are you using the default CSR role that comes with CRM? If not, a good way to create role is to copy the existing role and remove privileges that are not required. Apart from the Account & Activity entity permissions there would be quite a few things that CRM looks for. Enable tracing to find out the exact privilege that is missing.

My guess is the user is trying to Append their Task to an Account they do not own. The CSR role only allows Append To at User level. Maybe give them permission to Append To more Accounts (perhaps even Organisation level).
