Service Declaration file format

Using the Service Declaration functionnality with the standard Data Exchange Definition proposed /SERVDECLFR-2022/, we got an xml file.

When importing the file on the French government website, we got an error message saying the file must be a xsd format.
 
Anyone in France having the same issue?

    Additionally, if you can access Yammer (Viva Engage) from MS, there is a section regarding localization.
