How to add new Shipping methods, Payment and Freight terms in sales order?

Hi Friends,

I want to add new Shipping methods, Payment and Freight terms in the sales order. I have already tried with Field service --> Administration --> Payment terms --> new, then I've created a new payment term called "cheque", but it is not reflecting on the sales order page. Please help me on this as I'm in the middle of my project.

Hi Hiba,

As per your order screenshot, the payment terms, frieght term fields are optionset so you need to customize these field.

On the order record >> click Form editor on top >> select the field "Payment Terms" and click Change Properties >> This will open the popup.

Within the popup, clik on details tab and click edit >> This will open the field editor from where you can add the options.

Once done, you need to click Save and then publish >> Once publish close all the window and try open the order record again.

This should work.

Okay, it may be beucase you are not system admin.

Can you try Setting >> Customization >> Customize the System >> Entities >> Order >> Form >> Open the form

This works great for adding payment terms... but what about adding shipping methods? My shipping methods for the accounts are the defaults and I want to add a few like "Customer Account" and other carriers. Any helps is appreciated!!!
