Invoice Error

Hai Dudes,

           Now I tried to import Invoice file as per you and all said. 

First I had import Invoice file.. In my invoice File I have columns which is mentioned in this picture 1. 

1) inv.PNG and my imported my invoice File in crm its also imported correctly without showing any error..

Then I tried to import "Invoice Product Record" in crm . In my Invoice Product Record I have fields which is mentioned in the Picture 2

2).ivp.PNG  while I import my Invoice product record in crm It doesnt show any error while importing . But after importing the file in crm Its show Failures and Error code is 0x80040216..

now what shall I do? I am waiting for your replies..

    Actually i got error while importing invoice.. Thats why i am asking this much question with you dudes.. I am trying to import Invoice Product record after Importing Invoice I got failures.. after importing the Invoice Product record ..

    Rightnow i am not able to find sample. But u  can follow below steps:

    1. You want to manage products within CRM; in this case follow the steps below

    a-Import products & pricelists

    b-import invoice

    c-import line items (mention the invoice no. in a separate column; Invoice no. of invoices imported in CRM)

    2.You dont want to manage products in CRM

    a.Import invoices

    b-Import line items (mention the invoice no. in a separate column; Invoice no. of invoices imported in CRM & also select 'product' as write-in, in your csv/xml)

    You need to create two csv files:

    - 1st csv file is for invoices.

    - 2nd csv file is for invoice line items. Each line should contains a reference to the parent invoice.

    The size of each file should not be upper then 8Mb. if you have more the 8Mb of size you need to generate more then one csv file.

    All these files should be compressed in a one zip file having a size not upper then 32Mb.

    The Crm System will upload invoices first and theirs lines after that.

    Any one please reply to my question. How to import "Invoice Product Record " after importing "Invoice "  record. How to match the Invoice Products to that Particular Invoice Record..please any one reply to my Question..
