Load web resource in the sidebar

Hello,

I would like to load a web resource in the sidebar, i am building a chat widget that will always popup on the right hand side of everypage in CRM for our agents to be able to interact with customers right inside crm.

In the docs about sidebar, there is no option to load a web resource inside it. I would love to load an iframe that contains the chat widget inside it.

Hello,

You can use Xrm.Panel namespace - docs.microsoft.com/.../loadpanel even you're on 8.2 - it is available there but it's not docummented.

Thanks, the Xmr.panel only works for MS Dynamic CRM online only. Any help how to do this with the on-premise version?

Hello,

What version are you on? Just checked customer's onprem deployment (they have 8.2) and this feature is available there.
