Storage usage filtered by user

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is a way you can view the storage usage by users? I know you can view the overal starge usage but I need to delete some users but want to ensure that they don't have any substantial amounts of data assigned to them.

Hello Ciaran,

AFAIK you can't delete users. I believe what you want to do is estimate volume of information associated with user through ownerid field. To do that you will have to develop report or similar functionality. AFAIK there is no such OOB function available.

HI ,

You may not able able to delete users as they can only be Disabled in MS CRM .

Also before you disable you will have to re-assign all their records to another user .
