I am getting an error that says it can not convert a lead into an account. It does this for all my leads. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks.

You gave very few information. Enable the trace log (http://cid-9c1e3e43c991888d.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Microsoft%20CRM%20Support%20Tools/CrmDiagTool4.zip) and check the results in order to determine what went wrong.
Thank you for your reply. I turned the tracer on and the error says "The given key was not present in the dictionary. " I am just trying to convert a lead to an account and I am receiving this error message. We migrated in data from our 1.2 database with Scribe into 4.0 so I dont know if that has anything to do with the key not being generated properly or not. Everything else has seemed to work properly though. I'm not sure if it has to do with the mappings or what exactly could be the problem. Thanks for your help.
Mmm, could be that a reference (lookup) is not available anymore. Do all the leads have an existing user as owner? I think that the trace log offers more information on the error!?
All the leads have a user. The users guid has changed from the old version though. So it is a new owner I would say. They all do have someone in the owner column.
Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown.

This is not the trace log that you can enable with the tool from my first reply...
