Fixed Assets Reports

Hello! 

Do you know if there is a fixed assets report in Business Central (more specifically a UK company) that would show the annual depreciation plan? I am looking for a report that would provide me with the amortization plan for a given period, broken down into individual months.

Maybe there is an alternative to this?

    The reports available are based on postings "made" not postings "to be made". You would be better off spending time on a custom report. Jet Reports would work well here as you can determine a range of dates to be calculated up to the expected last depreciation date and then split out a value per month.

    The closest in standard is Fixed Asset Analysis - as a budget report. You can set the last deprecation date but it doesn't give you a break down month on month.

    David,

    In BC, run the Fixed Asset report called Fixed Asset Projected Value. You fill in the options and run. It will depreciate any asset from Start Date to End Date.
