The issue with this list is that it favors large resellers. So if a reseller is in a small market area they will never get noticed despite being highly qualified. But Redbeard provides a good starting point for your search. Good luck.

Microsoft does have a Directory, of sorts. You can put in your location, define a radius, product and industry specialization and it will return a list of Partners that meet this criteria.
