I see a field in the Customer table called "Chain Name". I don't see it on the Customer Card.
Does anyone know what this is for or how to get access to it?
My client is looking for a way to have parent/child relationships (like he can in Quickbooks). I see where we
can point a customer (child) to another customer (parent) in the customer card - Invoicing Fast Tab, but this
is only part of what we are needing. My client is wanting reporting of the combined stores. Essentially, these
Customers are part of a franchise operation.
