Hi,

I am fairly new the CRM and am trying to get my head around the sales usage report.

My question is, where does that report pull its data from?

I have fill out all the fields I can in leads and opportunities, but the usage report is still only showing 1 x open, closed and won Opportunity, this is the same for the leads.

They are refreshed every 24 hours I believe.

Hi Bryce did you find a solution for this? I have the same issue for the Sales Usage Report that I enabled yesterday. It does not show number of opportunities created, updated etc. It just shows the summary for open won and lost by rep. The Microsoft documentation does not help.
