to create a Production Order from a Sales Order in Business Central, you need to ensure that the necessary settings are configured properly. Here are the steps you can follow:
Make sure that you have the required permissions to create Production Orders. You need to have the "Create Production Orders" permission enabled in your user profile.
Go to the Sales Order page and select the sales order that you want to create a Production Order for.
Click on the "Navigate" tab, and then click on the "Production Order" option.
This will open the "Production Order" page. Here, you need to enter the required information, such as the item number, quantity, and the production order routing.
Once you have entered all the required information, click on the "Create" button to create the Production Order.
If you still don't see the option to create a Production Order on the Sales Order Planning page, you may need to check your system configuration and ensure that the relevant modules are installed and set up correctly.
