Pick work for one item split in several work lines

Hi,
I have an example with one load existing of several sales orders all from the same customer.
On these orders we have example item 005226 which is onbelow four orders.
When work is created its split into four seperate work lines, all four are from the same pick location PC37.

Is it possible so that the system combines these four into one work line?
We don´t want to use cluster picking for other reasons.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Christian,

That should be possible with work header break function

You can configure the work header break on the work template for sales orders:

I tried adding item number as grouping field as you suggested but unforutunately get the same result with seperate work lines for same item.
It´s previously used for sorting on shipment ID and Sort code as well. Could it be somehow it´s not compatible or is there something else I´m missing?

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for trying the item number. Can you uncheck the shipment id + sort code and try it again?

    Best regards,

I tried again but unfortunately same result.
I tried both with unchecking Shipment ID and sort code and completely removing them but unfortunately the same result.

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for checking again. How do you release the orders to the warehouse? Do you release them all together?

    Best regards,
