I have recently installed Dynamics RMS, and I would like to know how I can set up multiple registers with the same database?

I would refer to the Setting up your registers topic in Help:
In Store Operations Administrator, on the Register tab, this is then configured so that each computer running Store Operations has a unique register number:

I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
