I have an issue trying to access customers business central environement.
The reseller relationship is there in our partner center and my colleague has access with the license "Delegated Admin agent - Partmer". The user is his email adress.
Me however, had the License "Internal administrator" and a guest m365 user connected to the customer. I couldn't add extensions, so tried to solve this by deleting the guest user from customers Azure AD. I can still access the admin page with environements but not the business central environement itself after removing the guest user. The old guest user is still present in the user list in business central but i cant see it in Azure AD / M365 Admin page.
I synched users withM365 in business central.
Anyone had a similar issue and if yes did you found a solution?
