eConnect 12 , map underlying source data query

Hi,

We are using GP 2013 and eConnect 12 and CRM 11, my company recently decided to move all integration mappings from eConnect to a new tool (smartconnect),

is there a way I can view the mapping underlying query? or source data query? on eConnect, I want to modify to record selection to not include or ignore some batchid's, while we phase out eConnect.
