Model Driven App - SharePoint Documents Integration

Hi there, I am developing a Model Driven App for work and have hit a problem with SharePoint Documents Integration.

I have set up and can access all folders from all entities under the Admin account, but, when I share the app and log on to test I can access the Documents I get the error message in the picture attached.

I have the guest user set up in the SharePoint Members group and all other app functionality works fine.

Clicking on Document Location shows the correct Sharepoint Site and Folder but does not connect!.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,

Apart from what suggested above, please also check the permission for Document location as well.

Also check the relationship, it should be one-to-many (1:N) between the entity and the SharePoint document entity. The documents that exist in the SharePoint document library will not appear in the app for entities with many-to-one (N:1) or many-to-many (N:N) relationships between the entity and a SharePoint document entity.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Partner,

    Please check the following things.

1.Make sure your test account has "Sharepoint Site" permission in D365 CE security role.

2.Make sure you've assigned user permission to Team sharepoint site.

3.For more permissions with security roles, you could refer to this link.
