Hi - I am trying to set up CRM and have a question on the email settings.
When I am on a specific contact profile and want to send an email to a contact, I would like to open my Outlook window instead of Windows 10.

Hello. Here's another add-on you can explore for CTI with MS Dynamics. Tenfold can also help in integrating Microsoft and enabling click to dial in Outlook. Our click to dial also works on webpages opened in Chrome. www.tenfold.com/.../dynamics
This would depend on your browser.
For example, in Internet Explorer, you would go Internet Options -> Programs (tab) -> in the internet programs section, click on the 'Set Programs' button and choose Outlook and make sure the "mailto" is set to the default.
Each browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc) has slightly different ways to accomplish this but I hope my tip helps you further research and fix your issue.
