Sales Responsibility Field Not Accessible in Grid Level – SalesQuotationListPage

In a All-quotations form - For one of the users- Rishi, in D365FO, The user roles assigned are SLMGR, WHOFF1, WHMGR, and Purchase Requisitions. Through security configuration, we added the Worker Sales Responsible field to the Sales Quotation list page and also provided HCM Worker access. However, we are still unable to access or view the Sales Responsible field in a grid level

This behavior is unexpected. Please let us know if we have missed any configuration or setup steps required to enable this field.
