How to See Purchase OrdApprover's Comments

Hi Team,

I have configured an approval workflow for purchase order which is working fine. However, I am wondering that where to check the comments of the approver who is approving/rejecting the purchase order and adding comments as well. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi,

You can check the comments directly in your Purchase Order or in Approval Entries.

Purchase Order:

Click Order > Approvals:

It will open a new window with the approval entries for the PO and here you can check and add comments (by clicking in the button or in “Yes” in Comment column):

Approval Entries: here you can check all documents with approval workflow and the comments.
