Is it a know issue or Bug - Recipient activity - Opens count increases when CRM User checks the email record for any activity?
I sent an email to a client, 2 months back, the count for "Opens" in the recipient activity kept increasing till 28, expect the initial 1 or 2, all are showing just now opened.
This week I opened the same sent email for 4 tmes, in D365 the count increased by 4 times.
Again, opend the email for 3 times, "Opens" count increased by 3 times.
How come the recipient (client) activity is increasing for the activities done by the sender (CRM User)?
Is anyone facing the same issue?
Is it happening only in my environment?
