Request Approval to Post Journals

Hello

I have set up a workflow that users have to request approval before posting a journal batch, I have also went to approval user set up to dictate who the approval request will go to.

However, when I myself try to post journals it is showing an error saying that I need to request approval.

Does someone know how I can amend this so that it is only certain users that need approval.

Hi, Sorry I haven't tested it in detail, I think you can try to set you as the Approval Administrator, so that when you send the approval flow, the approval will be automatically approved, and then you can post it.

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately I was already set as Approval Administrator and it is still giving me the error when I try to post.
