Welcome to the Dynamics community 🙂
A good place to start is getting a basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the difference between ERP and CRM. From there, I’d recommend looking into the Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate) since it works closely with Dynamics.
Once you’re comfortable with the basics, you can decide whether you’d like to focus more on the functional side (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) or the technical side (development and integrations).
Regards.
